We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Free Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or issues that occur during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly. We’re happy to assist where we can.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, I want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Depending on the situation, I may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
This does not cover damage caused by improper handling, excessive force, or normal wear over time.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once placed, as items are processed quickly and handmade in small batches.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to refuse future service in cases of fraudulent or abusive disputes.
