Each piece is handmade with intention and care. Because of this, slight variations are part of what makes your piece unique.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, I want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Depending on the situation, I may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

This does not cover damage caused by improper handling, excessive force, or normal wear over time.

    • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising

    • Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity

    • Handle gently—do not pull or tug on the piece

  • These pieces are designed for everyday wear, but like all delicate jewelry, they are not meant to withstand excessive force or rough handling.

  • When not in use, store your jewelry flat or in a soft pouch to prevent tangling and stress on the wire.

  • Contains small components. Not intended for children—please keep away from young children and pets.
