  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Each piece is handmade, so I take care to ensure everything is made and packaged properly before shipping.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Due to the handmade nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
    If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

  • If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery.
    For issues that happen later, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help where I can.

  • Each piece is carefully handmade, but jewelry is naturally delicate.
    To keep your piece looking its best, avoid pulling, snagging, or exposing it to water, lotions, or perfumes.

    • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising

    • Store in a dry place

    • Handle gently

  • At this time, I only ship within the United States.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, as processing begins quickly.
