Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refund requests

  • Order changes after purchase

Please review all product descriptions, sizing details, materials, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once placed.

Because items are processed quickly and handmade in small batches, we begin fulfillment immediately after purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

The only exception to our no-return policy is if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide photo evidence within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item (if available), or

  • Issue a refund

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

Mandy Made is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in refusal of future service.
